
Please read the following guidlines of Stoneybrook Golf Course before playing.
Rain Checks
Players may receive a rain-check if rain, wind, cold weather, lightning, or personal emergency has interrupted their round provided they have not completed 6 0f 9 or 15 of 18 holes. There will be no rain-checks for twilight rounds.
Rain-checks or refunds will not be issued because of slow play or crowded conditions on the course after the round has started. A valid rain-check is non-transferable and has no expiration date.
The General Manager, in accordance with this policy, has the authority to grant or deny the issuance of a rain-check.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given for any reason after the golfer has started the round.
Sales Tax
All greens fees, cart rentals, annual passes, and other fees are subject to appropriate sales tax.
Reserved Starting Times
Reservations for tee times will be taken 14 days in advance. Tee times are subject to a cencellation fee if course is not notified within 48 hours of start time.
Gasoline Carts
The use of gasoline carts is a privilege granted upon the condition that such vehicles are operated in accordance with course rules. Carts must be kept off all tee boxes and at least 30 feet from the apron of all putting surfaces. Carts may not be permitted on the course when their use could damage the course, as determined by the General Manager. The General Manager reserves the right to refuse rental of carts to persons whom he/she feels could present a nuisance or danger to other patrons of the golf course, or for being abusive with carts. Valid Drivers license is required to drive the cart. Privately owned carts are only permitted pending review and approval.*
Pull Carts
Pull carts are restricted from the same area as gasoline carts, i.e. around greens and on the tees.
Course Control
All players including pass holders must register in the golf shop prior to teeing off. Each player must have a set of clubs and pay before teeing off. Marshals will monitor course play on weekends and on days when it is deemed necessary by the General Manager.
Parking
Parking is provided in the lot south of the club House and South of the maintance buildings. Private vehicles parked on the Golf Course in other than designated parking areas may be towed away at the owner’ expense.
Conduct
Golfers are required to follow the rules of golf etiquette and all policies set forth by the golf course. Players are asked to repair all ball marks and to replace all divots. Consideration and courtesy of fellow guests and employees is expected. Inappropriate language and behavior will not be tolerated. Golfers who fail to adhere to any policy, or who willfully damage the golf course, will be suspended or permanently banned from play.
Unauthorized persons shall not be permitted to enter the golf course.
Shirts and shoes must be worn in the clubhouse and all others areas of the golf course at all times. Dress policy must be adhered to at all times.
Golfers are responsible for all or any damages to passing vehicles, parked vehicles, or any damages that occur to another personal property while they are playing golf at the Stoneybrook Golf Course.

We respectfully request that you observe the following:
- Golf style shirts, slacks or shorts for men and women
- Tank tops or sleevless shirts, halter tops, short shorts or cut-offs do not conform to our policy
- Tattered or torn jeans are not proper attire
- Appropriate golf foot wear must be worn at all times. flip-flops or shoes that may damage the greens are not allowed
